Chronic kidney disease ,

Chronic kidney disease includes conditions that damage kidneys and leads to person ill. If kidney disease gets worse, wastes can build to high levels in blood and make sick. It may develop complications like high blood pressure, anemia (low blood count), weak bones, poor nutritional health and nerve damage. Also, kidney disease increases risk of having heart and blood vessel disease. These problems may happen slowly over a long period of time. It may be caused by diabetes, high blood pressure and other disorders. Early detection and treatment can often keep chronic kidney disease from getting worse. When kidney disease progresses, it may eventually lead to kidney failure, which requires dialysis or a kidney transplant to maintain healthy life. We report a case of 51 year old male patient. He has been on treatment for Type-2 DM and hypertension for past 10-12 years. He was admitted to Hospital and was evaluated and was found to have Type-2 DM, Nephropathy and CKD and his eGFR was around 12ml. He started Dr. Appa Rao’s medicine for 4 years. Dr. Appa Rao’s treatment has given him non fatigueability and also it has prolonged the time to go for dialysis. Even with dialysis he is continuing this treatment for non fatigueablity. Thus we can infer that this treatment may be a very good adjuvant for CKD.
