In developing countries pulmonary tuberculosis is still a common disease. Different types of hematological changes have been seen in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Around 63% of miliary tuberculosis patients were anaemic. Several serious illness including bone marrow granuloma, nutritional insufficiency, malabsorption and impaired iron utilization can lead to anemia which may lead to death. Here we reported 3 cases of PT associated with anemia of both gender and varying age group .From the laboratory investigations of the three cases presence of anemia can be found in PT patients.
